Marcus has worked at Riva Architects since 2014. He originally studied Architecture at Kingston University, achieving his Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree in 1994. He has since specialised as a technologist, while still retaining a passion for architectural design and detailing, which allows him to remain versatile and adaptable across the full range of design disciplines. This skill was nurtured whilst travelling extensively abroad and managing to work on numerous projects in New Zealand and Australia where he worked with system build manufacturers and interior designers. 

 

Here in Jersey, Marcus has a broad understanding of what makes the Island unique and appreciates the role well conceived architecture has in enhancing and maintaining the Island character.

 

He very much enjoys all water-based activities, expecially surfing, boating, fishing and sea swimming.
