Laura’s initial experience with Riva Architects started in 2006 when she joined as a student during her Part I Degree at University of Bath. After completing her Part II Masters at Oxford Brookes she gained further experience as a Partner at Robin Partington & Partners in London, where she worked on the Merchant Square Masterplan in the Paddington Basin. Progressing successfully through the rigour of university education, she gained her qualifications as an Architect in 2012. Laura returned to Jersey to work at Riva Architects in 2014 and became an Associate in 2023.

 

Laura has all round architectural skills and is particularly adept at converting conceptual designs into technical drawings, which can deliver the end product. She ably addresses the interface between architecture and interior design, co-ordinating the two disciplines into harmonious special experiences.

She is a member of NAWIC and AJA and seeks to foster a collaborative and supportive architectural community within Jersey.

 

Beyond her professional endeavours, Laura's passions extend to cinema, travel, and spending time with her growing family
