Carlo Riva formed Riva Architects in 1993 and was joined by his wife Sally two years later to assist with the office adminstration. The Practice became a limited company in 2000 and has continued to evolve recently with long standing employees Ian Alder and Mark Lilley becoming Directors and Laura Wenham being made an Associate.
