Acer Bespoke have recently completed the comprehensive refurbishment and extension to this three storey 1970’s dwelling in Grouville. The project includes high performing composite Scandinavian windows and a standing seam zinc roof over a feature Kitchen/Dining garden room. The thermal envelope to the dwelling has been significantly improved, with equal care being shown to the materials selected for both the interior and the exterior surfaces. The resulting composition will hold the property in good stead for many decades to come.
