Villa Capri is located on the East Coast with outstanding views over Mont Orgueil Castle and the French Coast. The former out-dated dwelling was transformed into a high quality property comprehensively themed in the Art Deco style, which helps to enhance the visual character of the special setting. The replacement roof form co-ordinates carefully with the retained existing structure and provides a significant improvement to the accommodation schedule and visual balance of the building. Feature glass bricks have been used to good effect and the thermal performance of the residence has been upgraded throughout.
